You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. USPS usually delivers within 5-8 business days after Taking possession of your package. Any order placed after 12 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship out the following week, as we are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
Once your items are shipped, we unfortunately cannot be liable if they are lost, stolen or delayed due to weather conditions, etc. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS for more information.
If you are outside of the United States and would like to purchase our socks, please visit Amazon in your country for our best selection of socks.
Our socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again. We recommend you machine wash your socks on gentle. No bleach. Dry on cool. For a more eco-friendly cleaning process, we recommend you hand-wash your socks and air-dry them.
*Air-drying your clothes can reduce the avg. household’s carbon footprint by up to 2,400 lbs. a year!
Knowing that fashion and sustainability go hand-in-hand, we understand that every action we take today has an impact on tomorrow. This is why we are committed to using sustainably-sourced, eco-friendly fibers in every product we make, allowing you to embrace your individuality without compromising your earth-friendly principles.
